🔄 Returns

- We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Can't ask for refunds if you do not like the item.

- Can't ask for refunds if you have bought the wrong size.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or customized items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as "Final Sale"

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.
3. Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund or replacement.

❗ Important Notes

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders that are delayed due to factors beyond our control (customs, postal delays, etc.).

- We have the right to decline refund or return requests.
